Sourcing, sustainable ethically made products are at the heart of what Lotus Belle is all about. Early in 2015 co-founder Jessica travelled to India in search of the perfect solution for mats for Lotus Belle and bell tents. A lot of bell tent mats on the market are coir and very rough on the feet. Jessica worked with a team and blended softer sisal with coir with a much finer weave. Made largely by a women’s co-operative, like our company, that’s Girl Power!
